1. PREAMBLE 

Foliesbijoux is a distance selling site wholesale of minerals, natural stones intended for professionals. Our products are made of semi-precious stones (tinted or not but never synthetic) and are intended for lithotherapy.

We insist that in no case does lithotherapy replace traditional medicine and that no treatment should be stopped to heal only with minerals. Otherwise, our responsibility cannot be engaged. Lithotherapy comes only in addition and helps to soothe certain symptoms. Its effects are felt differently depending on each person and we cannot certify that you will be receptive.

1. OBJECT

The GTC are opposable to the customer who declares to have read it and have accepted them by checking the box "I accept the general conditions of sale" before the implementation of the online order procedure.

1. CUSTOMER

The customer of the site must be a consumer, adult natural person legally capable. The customer must, during his first order on the site, open a customer account. For each order, the Customer must complete an order form specifying certain compulsory fields so that their order of products can be taken into account by Foliesbijoux

The information communicated to Lou Yetu as part of the opening of its customer account and during each of its orders must be complete, exact and up to date.

Foliesbijoux reserves the right not to follow up on an order if the latter does not come from a customer meeting the criteria set above.

1. Products

1. Order process

To order, the following steps must be respected:

• The customer walks on the site and adds the product to his basket, specifying the quantity;
• The customer checks the nature of the products added to the basket;
• To delete an article, the customer must click on "delete" and to change the number of articles, modify the quantity and click on "update";
• The customer can then finalize his order or choose to continue his purchases;
• To conclude the purchase contract and finalize the order, the customer fill out the order form and indicate the personal data necessary for the order;
• The customer must choose their delivery method;
• The customer must choose their payment method;
• It is up to the customer to check the details of the order and in particular the total price of his order taking into account the price of the products, the terms and delivery costs, the VAT, the product in particular in terms of quantity;
• The customer must read and accept the GTC;
• The customer proceeds to payment.

The prices of the products are indicated on the site in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees and other taxes.
Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier depending on the country of destination.

It is up to the customer to verify the accuracy of the information he communicates.

Foliesbijoux reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time for legitimate and legal reasons.

Foliesbijoux will also be entitled to refuse any order made by a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order as well as any order not in accordance with these CGV.

In these hypotheses, Foliesbijoux will inform the customer by telephone or by email.

Once the order has been validated you will receive by e-mail a summary of all the items ordered, the delivery address, the delivery method and the means of payment.

The contract is deemed to be concluded during the reception by Foliesbijoux of the order after verification by Foliesbijoux of the accuracy of the data relating to the order.

After validation of your order, a receipt notice will be sent by email to the Customer, containing a summary of the order information (essential characteristics of the product, price, means of payment, right of withdrawal, deadlines and delivery costs).

It is normally impossible to order an item not available in stock. Exceptionally it may happen that an item is no longer available after validation of your order. In the event that the products presented on the site are no longer available or for sale when sending your order, Foliesbijoux must communicate to you promptly, and in all cases, before thirty working days from the day following your order , the possible unavailability of the products ordered.In this case we inform you within 7 days and ask you if you wish to cancel your order in its entirety or only delete the unavailable item of your order and continue the processing and sending the rest of it, being good understood that we will treat it priority to be able to ship it within 24 hours (gold Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

1. PAYMENT

The site offers payment via bank card. When the order is finalized, Foliesbijoux confirms the payment by sending the customer a summary email.

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included (French VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order). Packaging, control and port processing costs are indicated before the order validation.

Foliesbijoux can modify the prices of products at any time and without notice, in particular due to the evolution of the economic, legislative and fiscal framework. The products are billed on the basis of the price in force when the customer plays.

The products remain the full property of the company up to the full collection of the price of each order by Foliesbijoux.

Purchasing regulations are made via a secure platform.

For delivery outside the European Union, the customer must pay customs duties, or other taxes due to the importation of products in the land of delivery. The formalities relating to it are also the exclusive responsibility of the customer. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the import possibilities of the products ordered with regard to the rights of the country of the delivery country.
