Refund policy

In accordance with the provisions of articles L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer can discretionaryly give up on his order without justifying any reason. To do this, it has a withdrawal faculty. He can exercise it (or a third party designated by him with the exception of the carrier) within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Any return will be the responsibility of the customer (you).

Foliesbijoux strongly advises its customers to return the products by Colissimo or letter max. The customer also has the possibility of choosing the carrier of his choice. It is accordingly recommended to take the proof of this return, which assumes that the products are returned with parcel follow -up, or by any other means giving certain date.

Do not forget to attach your order number absolutely.

Any damaged product will not be resumed.

Foliesbijouxmust reimburse the customer at the latest within 14 days from the date on which Foliesbijoux actually recovered the product or from the date on which the customer provided him with proof of the shipment of the product.

The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer on the card that served to pay the initial invoice.

In the event of abnormal or abusive foliesbijoux returns reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order
